As a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I strive to create a supportive, open, and judgement free space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. I am dedicated to meeting you where you are on your healing journey, recognizing that mental health is a deeply personal and unique experience. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a commitment to fostering trust, ensuring that every you feel empowered and supported as you work toward your mental health goals, and are encouraged to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I believe in the power of a collaborative, client-centered approach and am committed to helping you explore your strengths and challenges in a way that promotes growth, healing, and lasting change. My approach is grounded in active listening and genuine care, helping you navigate your mental health challenges with the confidence and strength that you already possess, by honoring your personal experiences, and offering the support you need to feel empowered to take steps towards your mental health goals and overall well-being.
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in psychology and will be graduating from Walsh University with a MA in clinical mental health counseling. I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals and their loved ones. I believe that no one should have to suffer in silence, so I aim to foster open conversations and provide compassionate care, as well as helping to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and help people recognize that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone—I’m here to help.
