Hello & Welcome!

I’m excited to be a part of Embrace Recovery and Wellness Center and grateful to do what I love! My journey began with a BS in Accounting from Ball State University. After several years in the business world, I felt a strong desire to change directions and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. This led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University, and I am now a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, as I believe my clients are the ultimate experts in finding solutions that work for them. I have particular interest in men’s issues, addiction - both substance and behavioral (such as gambling, sex and pornography), life transitions and retirement. Together, we will explore the challenges you face, engage in candid conversations, brainstorm potential solutions and reflect on alternatives. This partnership is characterized by openness, respect, energy and purpose, allowing us to develop skills and strategies tailored to your unique needs and values.

I firmly believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to enjoy life. While we will address obstacles head-on, I also emphasize the importance of laughter and appreciating our time together. I look forward to working with you to help you to become the person you want to be.
