Hello & Welcome!
As a mother of triplets, I understand how complex, demanding, and meaningful life can be. My personal and professional experiences have shaped a deep belief in people’s ability to grow, adapt, and move through challenges, even when the path feels overwhelming.
My therapeutic style is eclectic and grounded in genuine connection. I bring creativity, humor, and authenticity into the counseling space while drawing from mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral, and emotion-focused approaches. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can show up as you are. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together to develop an integrative plan that honors your experiences, strengths, and goals.
I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they explore themselves more deeply, build resilience, and move toward healing and greater well-being.
I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands and hold a LPC with the State of Ohio. While interested in many populations, I am especially interested in treating people struggling with substance use and recovery issues, trauma, mood disorders, adolescents and infertility.
